Italy’s youngest Michelin-starred Chef, Lorenzo Cogo, had a brilliant event idea: a cooking session where to blend the styles of six different international Chefs, creating flows and connections amid different gastronomic cultures.
The event will take place on Wednesday 11th February 2015, in the evocative Fondazione Bisazza, located in Montecchio Maggiore, near Vicenza, where Chefs coming from Spain, Italy, USA, Brasil, Peru and Japan will alternate in the culinary session to create a multisensory journey for guests.
Ecozema will be a technical partner of this fantastic event, which hopes to be a meeting point for young excellent Chefs coming from all over the world, and to become a culinary format.
During the evening, a six-Chef menu gathering the knowledge and passions of its creators will be presented to guests.
It will be a unique event where to taste the fusion of six international and contemporary cuisines, in the presence of the most important food, fashion, design and lifestyle journalists.
